These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Vurzok ("the Service"), operated by Zevoryn. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vurzok is a receivables tool that helps businesses create invoices and send automated payment reminders to their clients via WhatsApp and email, with an option for clients to pay through a UPI payment link.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be authorised to contact the clients whose details you add to the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vurzok to:

• Send spam or contact people who are not genuine clients of your business.
• Break any applicable law or WhatsApp/Meta and payment-provider policies.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

4. Payments & Subscription

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as shown at signup. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Payment collected from your clients through UPI links settles to you through the payment provider, subject to their fees and terms.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is described on our Refund Policy page and forms part of these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties such as WhatsApp (Meta), email providers, and Razorpay. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Vurzok available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zevoryn is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

9. Termination

You may stop using and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
