Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for Vurzok ("the Service"), operated by Zevoryn. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are not satisfied with Vurzok, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days of that payment. Simply email us and we will process it.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us.
- When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew after that.
- We do not charge any cancellation fee.
3. Renewals After the First Payment
After the initial 7-day window, subscription payments for ongoing periods are generally non-refundable since the Service has already been made available for that period. You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the exact time depends on your bank or card provider.
5. Payments From Your Clients
Payments that your clients make to you through Vurzok's UPI links are between you and your client. Any refund of such a payment is handled by you directly with your client and is separate from your Vurzok subscription.
